I contacted Andy via the website at short notice (10 days) for our house move when the date was finally confirmed. He responded quickly and we spoke the next day; he was courteous and knowledgeable &, at a stressful time, put me at my ease just speaking to him! He continued to be efficient and accommodating throughout. On the moving day he arrived bright and early with Marcus, who was equally calm, polite and friendly. The job was completed over 2 days and the guys were impeccable; a potentially stressful time was a pleasure! Highly recommended- very reasonable cost - good communication.

Thank you to Andy and the team for a smooth, efficient and relaxed move! We turned up an hour early to Big Yellow Storage on a freezing day and Andy was very understanding and let me sit in his van and his team fetched coffees! He also fitted me in a few days after I had to cancel my earlier removal date unexpectedly. The team were all friendly and loaded on and off the van quickly and cheerfully, taking care of all my possessions. I highly recommend AIM removals!

Had already decided to use AIM for a direct move , due to a hitch in the chain had to change plans and put everything into storage. Absolutely no problem and broke the move into two. Andrew and his team were superb, efficient and friendly. Nothing too much effort even though here in Dorset the lanes were tight and they had to cross load into a smaller van adding to the effort required. Still completed everything, made sure we were happy before leaving. Highly recommended

AIM were very helpful and efficient. They arrived early and packed and delivered our shed and other things to a tricky location on the allotments. They had to reverse the van a couple of hundred metres down a gravel track to access it. I would definitely use them again.

This was a big job on two cold days and we really appreciated the good humour and willingness to accommodate us that the guys showed. They worked really hard. Things were tricky when we reached the new house because a lot of our belongings had to be stashed in the garage and sheds since builders were still working in the house. They took it all in their stride and packed everything in for us.

I was very pleased with the move. They were the lowest of the three quotes we sought. The move went very smoothly and was done in half a day. Everything arrived in perfect condition. The two guys doing the moving were very pleasant and efficient. I would recommend this company.

Although this wasn't the cheapest quote, I went with AIM because Andrew came around to visit, clearly knew what he was doing, made sensible suggestions for all the items that needed moving, including a large tree, and agreed to drop off one item en route. Everything went very smoothly on the day, and he and his lads were friendly, polite and helpful. Their help made a big contribution to a relatively stress-free and straightforward move.

Can't recommend Andy and his team enough. Very speedy, polite and eager to make our move as stress-free as possible for us. Our belongings were packed into the lorry the day before our move date, except for our mattresses and fridge and freezer, and all crates and boxes were provided. Andy even brought some more on the loading day in case we needed them. They brought tools with them which were really helpful to remove and replace wardrobe doors, and even took down shelves in our new home to help us get our furniture just where we wanted them before they left. Nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent all round. On time, courteous, effective and did the job as hoped. I had 6 quotes in total and for the service requested, they were the most competitive. Useful extra service included supplying boxes (the same day) when we ran out. Offered packing service also which we didn't use, but would have done in hindsight! Really good guys and did a great job.
